How long can I have a skip ?
The normal hire term is 14 days, please call the office to discuss any additional hire period.
Does the skip get Collected automatically?
No, once you have finished with the skip please call the number off the skip to get it collected.

When can you deliver?
Normally its next day, we also deliver locally on Saturdays. Sorry we are closed on Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays
What time are your offices open ?
Our office is open from 7am to 9pm 7 days a week
Our Waste Transfer open times are 7.30 -4.30 pm Mon – Fri and Sat 7.30am – 1pm (only if you have a valid waste carriers license (and are able to show it)
Do I need a road permit to place my skip on the road or on the grass verge?
Yes you do unless it’s a private road. We apply for the permit on your behalf, it takes Highways 5 working days to approve your skip on the road. You cannot have the skip on the road until Highways have approved. The permit will last 14 days and we can apply for an extension (takes 3 days to extend) If the skip is being placed in a parking bay then additional permission is required and payment, this is completed by the hirer.
When applying for permits they must be paid for in advance.
Whats not allowed to go into the skip?
The following items are not allowed : Asbestos, Gas cylinders, Tyres, Large Tree Roots, Flat Roofing Felt, Televisions, Fridges & Freezers, Paint, Liquid waste/Chemicals and Plasterboard
Can I put hard core and soils into a 12 yard skip ?
No this is the largest size skip and will only take light waste, ideal for shop fittings
How can I pay?
We can take credit or debit card payment at the point of ordering or you can pay the driver cash on delivery. The driver will have a receipt for the skip on all occasions. If you are out when the driver comes as long as you have paid we will put the receipt through the letter box.
Can you email a copy of my receipt through?
Yes as long as you advise the person who takes the order then they will comply.
Would I get a discount for ordering a large amount of skips ?

Can I open a business account?
Yes please ask for a credit application when calling the office and get details
What access do you need to put the skip on my drive?
If you can drive a standard car onto a standard drive then the skip should be able to do the same taking into account any low hanging trees/cables or pillars obstructing the skip lorries arms.
If you do not have easy access we could arrange for a "wait & load” Please call the office for details.
